While one block is under renovation, the rest stays open. We install temporary acoustic screens, DIN ISO signage, strict hours (8am-5pm) and independent accesses to avoid guest paths. We coordinate with management and housekeeping.

2-4 working days per room depending on scope: Placo BA13 false ceiling with LEDs only (2 days), ceiling + Knauf acoustic wall lining (3 days) or full layout change with partitions (4 days). For a 120-room hotel we run 3-4 parallel teams and complete the refurb in 8-10 weeks, fitting the October-March refurbishment window. Staggered handover floor by floor.

Yes. We use Placo Pregyfeu or Knauf Fireboard fire-resistant boards type F/DF, reaching EI-60 to EI-120 depending on configuration. It meets CTE-DB-SI for hotel premises: minimum EI-60 between rooms and corridors, EI-90 in protected staircases and EI-120 for car park compartmentation (>100 m²). All products are classified Euroclass A1-A2 s1 d0 (reaction to fire). We deliver the Declaration of Performance (DoP) and signed datasheet.
