Recurring systems: Placo BA13/BA15 for standard partitions and ceilings, Knauf Diamant for high-performance acoustics, Placo Phonique for ETVs and hotels, Glasroc H Ocean for humid environments near the coast, fire-resistant boards (CTE-DB-SI) for premises and hotel corridors, and Rockwool or Isover mineral wool for acoustic and thermal insulation (CTE-HR and CTE-HE compliant).
Every project carries a 2-year workmanship warranty, combined with the 10-25 year manufacturer warranty from Placo, Knauf and Lafarge. All works are certified against the Spanish Building Code: CTE-HR (acoustic), CTE-DB-SI (fire) and CTE-HE (thermal). A 50 m² false ceiling is installed in 1-2 working days and a full layout change in an 80 m² flat with partitions, ceilings and insulation takes 1-2 weeks. Larger projects (villas, 40+ room hotels) are phased. We sign off a schedule with milestones and handover date before starting on site.

Every completed project carries a 2-year workmanship warranty covering installation defects, on top of the manufacturer warranty on materials (Placo Saint-Gobain, Knauf, Lafarge and Isover/Rockwool for insulation), which reaches 10-25 years depending on the product. Everything is recorded on the handover note and backed by Plaquistas y Acabados SL.
