Yes. We work as the drywall and plaster specialists within your project team, coordinating with your architect, interior designer and the other trades. If you don’t have a designer, we can produce the technical design for ceilings, partitions and built-ins ourselves.

Yes. Many of our high-end clients are based outside Mallorca. You deal directly with the project lead in English, we agree a fixed written price before starting, and we send regular progress photos and updates. We can coordinate access with your property manager or concierge.

It depends on scope. As a guide: a full apartment interior (ceilings, layout, built-ins, insulation) takes 2–4 weeks; a large villa with home cinema, dressing rooms and wellness areas typically runs 6–12 weeks. Drywall is 3–4× faster than traditional brick, and you get a firm schedule with the quote.

Yes. We finish to Q3 and Q4 levels — the smooth, joint-free surfaces required for premium paint, microcement, fine wallpaper and the grazing or wall-wash lighting that exposes any imperfection. This level of finish is where most general builders fall short.
