Technical considerations in Mallorca
Minimum height
Habitability rules require 2.50 m clear in habitable rooms. A drywall false ceiling with LED drops 10-15 cm (recessed downlight), 15-25 cm with cove and backlighting, and 25-30 cm with HVAC ducts. Recommended minimum original height: 2.60-2.70 m.

HVAC coordination
