Drywall is ideal for these properties: Placo BA13 + 50 mm Isover PV linings (€35/m²) without touching the original stone, Knauf F47 false ceilings anchored to existing juniper and pine beams, and redistribution partitions (€45/m²). Improves thermal transmittance from 1.8 to 0.45 W/m²K, meeting CTE-DB-HE zone B3. We coordinate with architect and local planning rules for listed features.

To meet CTE-DB-HR (Rw 50 dB between dwellings, Rw 45 dB with common areas, L'nT,w 65 dB impact) we use Placo Phonique or Knauf Silentboard double-board partitions + decoupled 70/70 framing + 70 mm Isover ARENA or Rockwool wool, reaching certified in-situ Rw 52-58 dB. Self-supporting acoustic linings set 10 mm off the base wall reach Rw 63 dB.
