Mallorca's tourist season sets the renovation calendar for ETV holiday apartments. Between October and March Booking/Airbnb occupancy drops below 25%, timelines are flexible and the apartment can be offline without significant revenue loss against the €80-€300/night of high season.

Planning is critical for a successful ETV renovation. We recommend getting in touch in September or early October for the on-site visit, quote approval and date booking. Placo, Knauf and Isover materials are ordered 2-3 weeks in advance: boards and metal profiles depend on sea freight from mainland Spain, especially technical products such as Glasroc H Ocean or Placo Silence.

The optimal execution window is November to February, when our teams have greater availability and timelines can be adjusted with margin.
